Location: Loughborough
Salary: £15.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4pm - 2am

The Role
This role involves setting up and running press brake machinery, maintaining accuracy throughout production, and ensuring a steady workflow so high-quality parts are delivered on time and to trusted industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
Quality check finished products and report any issues
Follow Health & Safety protocols
Keep the working area clean, tidy and hazard-free
Carry out any other duties as required

About You:

Experience setting and operating press brake machines
Keen to be hands-on
Experience working in engineering and willing to learn
From a manufacturing or production background
Physically able and comfortable with heavy lifting
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
A naturally forward planner
