Press Brake Operator

MPI are looking for a Press Brake Operator, for our client based in Kempston, Bedford

Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: 36 hours per week, 7:00am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday
£16.00p/h PAYE

The client manufacture aluminium and steel grilles and diffusers for the ventilation industry throughout the UK and beyond.

They are particularly noted for the quality of our design, manufacture and service ethic as a result of which we have enjoyed and continue to enjoy rapid growth.

Job Overview

* Set up and operate press brake machines, including tool changes

* use of Amada Press Brake

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience operating Amada press brake

* Solid background of working within a Sheet Metal Department

* Good grasp of basic numeracy

* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure when meeting deadlines...
