Job Type: 12-week Temp-to-Perm
Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am - 1:30pm

Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Skilled Press Brake Operator to join a busy metal fabrication environment in Needham Market. This role suits a reliable and detail-focused individual with a strong background in sheet metal work and CNC press brake operation.
This is a 12-week temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings
• Determine correct bend sequences and folding methods
• Program and operate CNC press brake machines
• Produce components to specification and quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple jobs
• Adapt to changing workloads and priorities

Experience & Requirements
• Proven experience operating press brake machines
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Ability to program CNC press brakes
• Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a production environment
