What the role involves
* Setting and operating Amada and Safan press brake machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job specifications accurately
* Selecting and setting the correct tooling for each job to achieve precise bends and profiles
* Carrying out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks throughout production
* Working efficiently to meet production targets without compromising on quality or safety
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times
What we are looking for
* Proven hands-on experience operating press brake machines — Amada and/or Safan experience is essential
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings confidently
* Sound understanding of tooling selection, bend sequencing and material behaviour
* A quality-focused approach — you take ownership of your output and check your own work
* Reliable, punctual and committed — this is a team that counts on each other
