Vehicle Prepper
Location: Coalville
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum + up to £5,000 bonus
Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

Were looking for a Vehicle Prepper with a passion for automotive quality and craftsmanship. Youll play a key role in preparing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring theyre ready for primer and paint using industry-best practices.

Working as part of a dynamic cosmetic team, youll be instrumental in ensuring vehicles are reconditioned efficiently and to top standards. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and values teamwork.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing vehicle panels for primer and paint

  • Masking, sheeting, and sanding in line with repair requirements

  • Working with modern tools, techniques, and materials


About You

Were looking for someone with experience in vehicle reconditioning and a strong eye for detail. Youll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work from start to finish.


Minimum requirements:

  • Legal right to drive a manual vehicle in the UK

  • Proven experience in panel preparation

  • Skilled in masking and sheeting

  • Competent in primer application

  • Previous experience in accident repair environments
