As a Prep Chef, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring seamless workflow and maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the kitchen team in food preparation and service, contributing to the smooth running of our culinary operations.
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assisting with the receiving and storage of deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, and minimising wastage.
Collaborating closely with chefs and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Embracing a hands-on approach and thriving in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and efficiency are paramount.
What you Need:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality environment.
A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for food.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
