This is a senior role responsible for leading pre-construction planning and feasibility activities across major, high-value construction projects.\n\nWorking within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and procurement strategies are robust, realistic, and aligned with client expectations across complex schemes.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n\nLead pre-construction planning, feasibility studies, and programme development for major projects\nWork closely with project teams, including design, commercial, and site teams, to align pre-construction activities with project objectives\nDevelop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk registers during the pre-construction phase\nProduce and maintain accurate reports, including feasibility analyses, progress updates, and programme reviews\nAttend client and stakeholder meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations\nReview and challenge design and contractor proposals to ensure feasibility and compliance\nContribute to procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and value engineering initiatives\nEnsure all pre-construction activities align with project requirements and contractual obligations\nSupport bid and tender stages with programme, cost, and planning inputSkills, Experience, and Qualifications\n\nProven background working with a Tier One contractor is essential\nStrong experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects \nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and pre-construction processes\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines\nA proactive, solutions-driven approach\nPrior experience as a Pre-Construction Manager is essentialWorking Pattern\n\nCombination of office-based and site-based workingBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary \nTravel allowance\nBonus scheme\nPension contribution\nOngoing professional development and training\nCollaborative and supportive team environment
