As Pre-Construction Manager, you will be involved in the management of single or even multiple projects in the preconstruction stage.

Being a proactive team player, you will liaise with a Pre-Construction Director and the overall team in respect of upcoming projects, assisting in overall planning and programme delivery.

Candidates sought will have experience in managing the preconstruction processes ensuring the smooth transition from preconstruction to construction whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, architects and the project team, therefore you will naturally be a confident and clear communicator, professional and with a get things done attitude.

Prior experience as a Bid Manager or a related role is equally called for bringing your vast experience to cross over to preconstruction and negotiated tenders.
