We're looking for a Precision Match Honer / Lapper to join our aerospace manufacturing team, working on critical components where precision is non-negotiable. About the Role This is a highly specialist machining position focused on producing and finishing aerospace components to exceptional tolerances at sub-micron levels. You will set and operate advanced honing and lapping equipment to manufacture matched, non-interchangeable assemblies used in high-performance aerospace systems. Every component you produce plays a vital role in safety, reliability, and performance.
