Hours : Monday - Friday full or Part time

Are you a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery ? We are currently seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team on a Permanent basis or Temporary basis and to start Immediately

About the Role:

As our Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Immunisations and vaccinations (including travel vaccines)

* Cervical cytology (smears)

* Wound care and dressings

* Annual Asthma Reviews

* Blood Glucose Monitoring

* B12 Injection

* BP height & weight

* Blood Test

* Cervical Screening (smear)

* Childhood Immunisations

* Depo Injection

* Diabetic Review

* Flu Vaccination General Injections

* Carers Health Checks

* NHS Health checks (HCA)

* Leg Ulcer Appointment

* Removal of Sutures/Clips

* Pneumococcal Injection

* Shingles Vaccination

* Spirometry & Reversability

* Travel Assessment + vaccines

* Hep A Travel Booster

* Whooping Cough Vaccination

* Wound Care -Initial

What We’re Looking For:

NMC-registered Practice Nurse with recent primary care experience

Confident in managing long-term conditions and working independently

Skilled in using clinical systems (e.g. EMIS Web or SYSTMONE– desirable but not essential)

Compassionate, organised, and a strong team player
