The Ideal Candidate

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Experience in primary care or a strong interest in transitioning into general practice
Skilled in chronic disease management and routine nursing procedures (training can be provided)
Passionate about delivering patient-centred care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
