Were looking for an experienced Practice Lead to join our expanding Consultancy Practice, helping to drive the evolution of our Workplace Collaboration capability.Youll join a dynamic and fast-growing Consultancy Practice at Computacenter, where innovation, collaboration and thought leadership are at the heart of everything we do.As part of our Workplace Collaboration function, youll work alongside experienced consultants, architects, technical specialists, sales teams and strategic partners to deliver forward-thinking solutions that create real value for customers.What youll doLead, mentor and develop a team of Microsoft 365 and Unified Collaboration architects and consultants, supporting their growth and performanceOversee team utilisation, resource planning and commercial performance to support the teams P&LAdvise customers on digital transformation strategies, collaboration roadmaps and technology adoptionBuild strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teamsLead and support pre-sales activities, including responses to large-scale RFPs, RFIs and ITTsCollaborate with consultancy, engineering, sales and operational teams to design innovative workplace collaboration solutionsPartner with strategic vendors and solution leaders to develop market-relevant Microsoft 365 and Unified Collaboration offeringsEnsure governance and delivery assurance standards are maintained across transformation engagementsPromote thought leadership and raise awareness of our capabilities through internal and external engagement channelsWhat youll needExtensive experience in IT consultancy, with strong knowledge of consulting and project delivery methodologiesProven line management experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire technical professionalsStrong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Directory Services, Unified Collaboration, and wider workplace technologiesA solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and digital transformation initiativesExperience in solution development and pre-sales, including requirements analysis, solution design and cost modellingStrong knowledge of governance and assurance processes across pre-sales and deliveryExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, senior leaders and technical teamsExperience creating and leading virtual teams across multiple functionsStrong commercial awareness, including utilisation forecasting and service developmentExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at every levelA proactive mindset with the drive to innovate and shape new collaboration servicesIf youre looking for a leadership role where you can influence strategy, develop talented teams, and help organisations transform how they collaborate, wed love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
