Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact Prepare and review statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts Provide proactive financial advice and support to clients Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations Coordinate with other team members to deliver seamless client service Identify opportunities for business development and client growth Mentor and support junior staff members

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent) Proven experience in a client-facing accounting role within a practice environment Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
