Launch With Us is one of the fastest-growing advertising agencies in the UK, specialising in e-commerce brands. Founded in 2021 by a team of seasoned leaders, we’ve quickly grown to a high-performing team of 12 A-Players. In the past year alone, we’ve successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ads, generating profitable results for clients including Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.

As we continue to scale, we are evolving our organisational structure, recruitment processes, and sales funnels to accelerate growth. We are now looking for aPPC Contractorto partner with us in delivering and optimising paid search campaigns for our DTC clients, ensuring they meet their monthly growth targets through precise, data-driven execution.

This is acontract rolereporting directly to a Senior Account Manager. You will be responsible for implementing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple client accounts, following provided strategies and briefs. Your work will be guided by our core values of extreme ownership, quality, happiness, and profit — with the focus on flawless campaign execution.

You will work independently, using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Triple Whale to make performance-based adjustments and ensure campaign targets (CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, ad spend) are consistently achieved.

This is aproject-based, results-driven opportunity— ideal for an experienced PPC professional who thrives in a fast-moving, execution-first environment and wants to contribute directly to Launch With Us’ continued growth.
