The Role: PPA Teacher

As a PPA Teacher, you will provide high-quality cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, allowing class teachers to take their PPA time. The PPA Teacher role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining strong classroom behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning throughout the school day.

In this PPA Teacher position, you will work across multiple classes, adapting quickly to different learning environments and age groups. A successful PPA Teacher will be confident managing classrooms independently, following school policies, and creating a positive, engaging learning atmosphere. You may also work alongside support staff to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
