This role is set to commence as soon as possible and will run until the end of the academic year in July 2026. The position is for 2 days per week (specific days to be discussed, with flexibility for the right candidate). The Role As a PPA Teacher, you will be a key asset to the school, providing high-quality cover across various year groups to allow class teachers their essential Planning, Preparation, and Assessment time. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with enthusiasm and clarity. Adaptability: Transitioning seamlessly between different year groups and maintaining a consistent learning environment. Marking & Feedback: Ensuring all work completed during the day is marked in line with school policy and providing brief handovers for the class teachers. Classroom Management: Applying the school's behaviour policy effectively to ensure a productive atmosphere in every classroom. Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. Safeguarding: A valid DBS on the Update Service is required (or the willingness to apply for a new one).
