A vacancy has arisen within our busy market leading warranty team for a Powertrain Aftersales Advisor who comes from an automotive warranty / service environment.
Key responsibilities will be to: Take control of and process warranty claims from start to finish; Provide outstanding customer service; Provide information and advice to customers and suppliers; Create warranty reports and supply replacement products.
