Careermakers Recruitment are looking for a Skilled Powder Coaters for our ever-growing client based in the heart of Normanton, WF6.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare products for powder coating, including surface preparation and final checks.
Apply powder coatings using spray equipment to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
Set up, operate, and maintain powder coating equipment.
Load and unload parts safely onto coating lines or racks.
Inspect coated products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality.
Support production schedules and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe paint shop environment.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a powder coater or in a similar paint shop environment.
Strong practical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
Knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes.
