This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well established and supportive Specialist Support Team and make a real difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities. Youll work closely with eleven individuals in their own homes, supporting them to have fulfilling lives. This role is ideal for a passionate PBS practitioner who values the chance to have a long-term impact by working with colleagues to develop their practice over time.
