Location: North London (with travel to Hertfordshire and Essex)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead to join our team. The role is based at our Head Office in North London, with regular travel required to services across North London, Hertfordshire, and Essex. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the learning disability, mental health, and autism care sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PBS strategies across multiple sites.
- Provide leadership and support to service teams in delivering high-quality PBS interventions.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized support plans for service users.
- Train and mentor staff in PBS practices and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PBS interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance service user outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support, particularly in learning disability, mental health, and autism sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to service locations.
- Relevant qualifications in PBS or related fields are desirable.
