Right now, we are looking for a Pool Worker   to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service   in Lewisham.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

Providing a high quality, person-centred and recovery focused support service to all clients. Overseeing the development, implementation and review of comprehensive, user-led assessments, support plans and safety plans in partnership with service users. Working as a team with other Support Workers to deliver appropriate support at each stage of service users' recovery.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience—paid or voluntary—supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues. They must be quick to learn, able to gather and process information, and make informed decisions while maintaining confidentiality.

Key qualities include the ability to manage challenging behaviour, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a non-judgemental, anti-discriminatory approach. The candidate should demonstrate a solution-focused mindset, a belief in the potential for client change, and the ability to work constructively in a sometimes chaotic or high-pressure environment.

Strong communication and record-keeping skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of safeguarding and how to address concerns appropriately. Flexibility to work early, late, and occasional weekend shifts as part of a rota is required.
