Position: Polisher Wet Spraying Section Location: Bordesley Green, B9 Shift: Monday Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time Your Role Will Include: Polishing and preparing surfaces for wet spraying
Supporting the wet spray team by ensuring all components meet preparation standards
Sanding, buffing, and refining metal surfaces prior to coating
Performing quality checks throughout the polishing process
Manual handling of metal products and frames
Keeping work areas clean and organized to support production efficiency
Working closely with team members to ensure production targets are met
Identifying and reporting any surface or material defects before spraying
About You: Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
High attention to detail with a focus on quality finish
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks
