We’re hiring aPMO Support Officerfor a leading professional services firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project support, strong organisational skills, and a passion for driving project success.

Location:Birmingham (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)

Contract:12 months FTC

Salary:£45,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and risks across business and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and reporting standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with audits and quality assurance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in project/PMO support.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ideally, experience in a regulated or financial services environment.
  • PM certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is a plus.
