PMO Planning Manager | Enterprise PMO – Change & Transformation

£77,000 + bonus up to 15%

London / hybrid – 1-2 days in office

Are you a proactive and strategic Planning Manager who can see the big picture and make it happen? If so, this could be your next challenge!

They're looking for someone to own the integrated plan across the business, ensuring every major programme, transformation initiative and business-led improvement fits together seamlessly. You’ll work across all areas of the organisation, connecting people, priorities and timelines. You’ll spot overlaps, sequence work effectively, and help leaders make informed trade-offs, giving clarity and confidence across the business.

This is a forward-looking, hands-on role - it’s about bringing the plan to life, making sure it reflects reality on the ground and drives delivery of strategic goals.

What are they looking for?

Extensive experience in complex planning roles Proven experience in portfolio, enterprise or strategic planning ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Background in change and transformation delivery, with exposure to both programme-led and business-led initiatives. Comfortable with planning tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Planview. Highly analytical, organised and proactive, able to navigate ambiguity and set direction from scratch. Confident working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and capable of driving action, not just producing plans.
