Contract PMO Manager – London Market Insurance

6-Month Contract | London / Hybrid (we are seeking candidates immediately available)

We’re looking for an experienced Contract PMO Manager to support a major London Market insurer through a complex portfolio of change.

Insurance experience is non-negotiable – we need someone who has worked across all areas of a Managing Agent and understands the nuances of the Lloyd’s and London Market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PMO function across multiple cross-functional change programmes
• Own governance frameworks, reporting cadence, RAID logs and milestone tracking
• Work closely with senior stakeholders in Underwriting, Claims, Risk, Operations and Technology
• Provide assurance, challenge and oversight across programmes to ensure delivery confidence
• Ensure executive-level reporting is accurate, timely and action-oriented

You must have:

• Extensive experience in the London Insurance Market, specifically within a Managing Agent
• A track record of setting up and running PMO functions in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence and challenge at ExCo level
• A delivery-focused mindset and ability to operate hands-on where required
