A boutique capital markets consultancy based in London are offering the opportunity for a PMO to join their expertise-led team during a period of rapid growth. With a focus on high-quality, expert-driven services, they specialise in collateral, post-trade, securities finance, digital (crypto, tokenization), risk, treasury and sustainability.

In this smaller, highly agile consultancy, you'll have direct responsibility from day one, collaborating with the world's leading financial institutions to deliver complex, innovative and impactful programmes

Key Responsibilities of the PMO (Capital Markets) include:

• Lead PMO delivery across multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
• Prioritise projects in line with strategic objectives and resource constraints
• Track project status and deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Manage RAID logs to proactively address risks and issues
• Facilitate clear communication across project teams and stakeholders
• Handle project escalations and ensure swift resolution of blockers
• Review and enhance deliverables including decks, BRDs, and TOMs for quality and consistency

Key Requirements of the PMO (Capital Markets) include:

• 3-5 years experience within Capital Markets at a major consultancy
• Successful completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a major consultancy
• Direct PMO experience, including project status tracking, reporting, RAID management
• Previous experience planning and managing end-to-end project plans
• Excellent and versatile communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
