It requires prior PMO or programme analyst experience and the ability to contribute with limited ramp‑up time.The position is offered as a 9‑month Fixed‑Term Contract.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the coordination of multiple divestment programmes within a portfolio environmentPreparing and maintaining programme and portfolio‑level reporting, dashboards and status packsSupporting the production of governance materials (e.g. Steering Committee and stakeholder packs)Managing documentation, audit trails and records related to divestment activitiesTracking actions, risks, issues and dependencies across workstreamsSupporting stakeholder communication and responding to PMO‑related enquiriesContributing to PMO process consistency and continuous improvementFinancial analysis or modelling may be supported but is not the primary focus of this role.Required Experience & SkillsEssentialPrevious experience in a PMO, Programme Analyst, Portfolio Analyst or similar roleDemonstrated experience producing reporting packs and governance materialsStrong Excel capability and confidence working with programme dataExperience supporting stakeholders across multiple teams or workstreamsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to operate effectively in a fast‑paced programme environmentDesirableExposure to divestitures, M&A or large‑scale transformation programmesConsulting or delivery‑focused programme environment experienceExperience with reporting or dashboarding tools (e.g. Smartsheets, Power BI, Tableau)Industry experience in Financial Services or FinTech is beneficial but not mandatory.We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
