Who You Are:

You are calm, observant, and deeply attentive to non-verbal cues. The ideal candidate will have:

Hands-on experience supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties (in schools, residential care, respite settings, or similar environments).
*

A gentle yet confident approach to personal care, hoisting, postural management, and using assistive communication tools (PECS, eye gaze, switches).
*

A genuine understanding that small responses-a blink, a smile, a changed breathing pattern-are powerful milestones.
*

An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
*

Two relevant professional references confirming your patience, reliability, and safeguarding awareness.
