Home-Based with national travel across the South, West, and East of England Salary : £37,000 – £43,500 (depending on experience) Hours : Full-time, 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a skilled Internal Quality Assurer to join a high-performing team focused on driving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment within work-based apprenticeships. This isn’t just about compliance - it’s about raising standards and supporting delivery teams to provide the best possible experience for learners.

The Role You’ll play a key role in quality assurance across gas and plumbing apprenticeship programmes, supporting the delivery of high-quality training through effective sampling, observations, feedback, coaching and support. You’ll work closely with Tutors, Training Officers, and Quality Managers to embed best practices and improve learner outcomes. This is a home-based position with regular travel across your region to support staff and learners on the ground.
