In this role, youll take real ownership of a caseload of plumbing and heating apprentices , guiding them from induction to qualification and beyond. Youll use your trade experience to deliver high-quality training and assessment in the workplace, build trusted relationships with employers, and give apprentices the confidence, skills and support they need to succeed. From agreeing learning programmes and booking End Point Assessments to supporting Gas Safe registration, youll be right at the heart of their journey. Youll also play a key part in keeping standards highmaintaining accurate records, contributing to quality assurance, internal verification and standardisation. What we're looking for:
Previous practical experience in plumbing and heating installation.
Relevant Level 3 trade qualification.
A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
Experience of supporting people to learn and develop new skills.
The ability to work successfully within a team.
Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
What we offer:
Annual Salary: £38,754 - £44,212
Full time position, 37 hours per week, all year round
