Working Hours - 07:30-17:00
Pay - £250.00 per day

Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Plumbers to join a major flagship development at the new Google HQ in Central London.

This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile project, offering consistent hours and the chance to work on a large-scale commercial build with a strong pipeline of work.

Key Details
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 10 hours per day
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with potential weekend work available)
Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
Scope of Work

This role will involve a mix of 1st and 2nd fix plumbing, with a strong focus on commercial kitchen installations, including:

Installation of plumbing systems within commercial kitchen environments
Fitting sinks, taps, and associated kitchen fixtures
Connecting water and waste systems to kitchen equipment
Installation and final connection of commercial kitchen equipment
Working from technical drawings and site specifications
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial plumbing (1st & 2nd fix)
Previous experience working on commercial kitchen or similar fit-out projects
Valid CSCS Card
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
