Plumbing Maintenance Engineer
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering high-end residential properties in the London area.
This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, strong earning potential, and consistent local work within premium domestic environments.
The RoleYou will be responsible for reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within occupied high-end homes, including:
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
Leak detection and pipework repairs
Maintenance and repair of sanitaryware, taps, showers, and waste systems
Unvented cylinder maintenance and general hot & cold water systems
Attending emergency call-outs when required
Delivering a high level of customer service in luxury residential properties
This is a customer-facing role where professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
The Ideal CandidateMinimum 5 years xbpsjku experience in plumbing maintenance
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
Strong reactive fault-finding experience
Experience working in high-end or private residential properties preferred
Full UK driving licence
Well
