Keeping on top of the maintenance of our vast portfolio of housing is no mean feat, and this is where you come in We have a great opportunity available to be part of NCHA's repairs and maintenance service, as a Multi-Trades Plumber.You will carry out plumbing repairs to occupied properties, basic household repairs to kitchens, bathrooms and general maintenance of our properties as required; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations. The work will include larger repairs, up to full renovation of kitchens and bathrooms and will be predominantly in the Nottinghamshirearea. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, will carry out work to a high quality and will have experience of working for a Social Landlord....
