Location: UK-wide (80% London & surrounding areas)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (door-to-door / including travel)
Overtime: Available
Package: Company van + fuel card + tools / PPE provided

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber / Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-established business. This position is available due to the current post-holder leaving the business and will cover a varied mix of duties, including water softener surveys, risk assessments and plumbing remedial works.

You will be working across both commercial and residential environments, including large-scale, high-profile sites.

Responsibilities

*

Conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 & HSG274

*

Carry out water softener surveys and inspections

*

Identify and complete plumbing remedial works

*

Closed system and domestic pipework maintenance

*

Support the water hygiene team with technical input where required

*

Complete detailed reports and documentation

*

Liaise with clients and provide site-based advice

Requirements

*

Proven plumbing experience (commercial & domestic)

*

Qualified/experienced in Legionella risk assessing (or willing to gain qualification)

*

Sound knowledge of water safety and building compliance

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong communication and reporting skills

*

Proactive mindset and willingness to develop
