Your role
As a PLM Business/Process Consultant, you’ll lead the way in aligning PLM solutions with strategic business goals. From assessing current processes to driving change and ensuring successful adoption, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact across engineering and manufacturing functions.
What You’ll Do:
* Evaluate business processes and design transition plans for PLM implementation
* Align PLM capabilities with organizational objectives and define governance structures
* Drive stakeholder engagement and manage change to ensure smooth adoption
* Deliver training, monitor performance, and promote continuous improvement
Your profile
We’re looking for a PLM Business/Process Consultant with proven experience in driving change and optimizing business processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to implement PLM solutions that deliver measurable impact across engineering and manufacturing environments.
