The Role As a PLC ControlsEngineer, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.To do this, you will: Design and develop PLCprogrammesfor our existing and upcoming automated production lines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuestominimisedowntime and ensureoptimalperformance. Conduct regular maintenance and upgradeson PLC systems to keep our technology at the forefront of the industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersto implement process improvements and enhance productivity. Train and support production staffin the operation of PLC-controlled equipment. About You Experience Theoreticalknowledge,gained through related study or on-the-job experience,of PLC programming, HMI, and industrial ofSchneider and Allen Bradley platformsis an advantage. Practicalapplication of PLC programming knowledge from design to implementation stages, either within an education-based project, or projects in a previous PLC Controls Engineerrolepreferablyin the food manufacturing industry.
