Job Title: Platform Support Engineer Location: Corsham, Wiltshire Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Working: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise platform infrastructure for performance and availability, responding swiftly to system alerts and incidents. Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for technologies including Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating to engineering teams where required. Assist with patch management, system updates, and routine maintenance to uphold security and compliance standards. Maintain support documentation such as troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
