Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Ability to implement the lifecycle of core banking products, from ideation and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support. Ensure products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and market trends.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Thought Machine platforms , including architecture ability to design smart contracts for different products ,integration capabilities and customisation options.
• Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital strategy and compliance mandates.
• Platform setup: Infra sizing, CI/CD pipelines and security and compliance configurations
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and regression testing for new releases and enhancements.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with technical teams to resolve incidents promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and industry best practices to drive ongoing improvements in product and platform efficiency

Experience with Thought Machine Integration

Thought Machine Integration Specialist: Led multiple successful integrations of Thought Machine's Vault core banking system with legacy and modern platforms for leading financial institutions. Designed custom smart contracts, managed API mappings, and ensured real-time data synchronisation between Thought Machine and external systems, including payment gateways, KYC/AML services, and regulatory reporting modules.

• Architected end-to-end integration solutions tailored to client needs, supporting scalability and future enhancements.
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams—product owners, developers, and QA—to deliver secure and compliant banking products.
• Developed reusable integration patterns and best practices for rapid deployment and reduced time-to-market.
• Provided training and documentation for client teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support.
