Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently recruiting experienced Plasterers to work on refurbishment and fit-out projects across student accommodation and NHS environments. Projects will include both occupied and live site settings, requiring a professional approach and high-quality finish at all times.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of plastering works to a high standard, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, and patch repairs
* Preparation of surfaces for plastering works
* Dry lining and partitioning where required
* Repair and refurbishment works in occupied buildings
* Reading and interpreting site drawings and instructions
* Ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish on all work completed
* Maintaining site health & safety standards at all times
* Working professionally in live environments with minimal disruption
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Plasterer on construction or refurbishment projects
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and finishes
* Ability to work in occupied/live environments
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship
