Purpose of the Role Responsible for supervising the daily activities of an RMX production plant. The role ensures safe site operations, cost control, people supervision, delivery of high-quality concrete, customer satisfaction, and continuous performance improvement. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Operational Leadership Actively supervise all personnel working on site, including Operatives, visiting Technicians, Maintenance teams, HGV drivers, delivery drivers and subcontractors. Lead daily production activities, including operational controls and stock control. Ensure efficient manufacture of concrete, managing standard deviation and cement content. Deliver operational performance in line with KPIs. Effectively coach, monitor and manage performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Safety & Compliance Take full responsibility for personal safety and the safety of colleagues. Deliver toolbox talks to reinforce safety standards. Maintain housekeeping to a high standard across the whole site. Ensure concrete meets internal and external quality requirements.
