The role

Lead operations across multiple production sites as part of the senior leadership team Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with UK legislation and recognised management systems (COMAH, COSHH, PSSR, ISO) Champion a strong safety culture with a clear focus on zero incidents Oversee maintenance strategies to ensure plant reliability, quality, and output targets Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost control Lead change initiatives across safety, service, quality, and growth Manage budgets, performance, and a significant CAPEX programme

About you

Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or a related discipline Strong background in industrial/gas production environments Proven multi-site operations leadership experience Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and process safety Confident people leader, comfortable in unionised environments Commercially astute with experience delivering CAPEX and productivity improvement
