Excellent package available We are recruiting a Plant Manager for a complex resource recovery and renewable energy site in Lanarkshire . This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for a site that combines an MRF and an Energy from Waste / CHP operation, using gasification technology to generate renewable electricity in a 24/7 environment. We are keen to speak with experienced Plant Managers, Operations Managers or senior site leaders from EfW, CHP, power generation, biomass, process plant, waste, utilities or heavy industrial operations. The role Reporting to the Operations Director , the Plant Manager will lead all site employees and take ownership of operational performance, EH&S leadership, environmental compliance, maintenance interface, budget control and continuous improvement across the facility. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of both the EfW plant and the MRF , ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with KPI, regulatory and business expectations.
