Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the facility is operated efficiently and that all performance targets are met or exceeded. Managing the site O&M team & third-party contractors, ensuring the plant is run in a safe & efficient manner, in compliance with all internal & external standards & legislation. Oversee plant improvement opportunities to increase plant availability and reduce ongoing costs. Development of the O&M strategy on site, including the implementation and execution of planned / unplanned maintenance activity, outages and day to day operations.
