Picture this: a production line goes down. You arrive, scan the HMI, trace the ladder logic, isolate the fault, fabricate a quick fix, and bring the system back safely. That mix of speed, precision, and care is exactly what we’re looking for.
Role Mission
Ensure reliability across our facility by combining advanced electrical/PLC expertise with solid mechanical skills and disciplined maintenance practices.
Core Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and safely. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime. Carry out mechanical repairs and calibrations/adjustments. Perform welding and fabrication with limited guidance. Complete advanced electrical work that supports safe maintenance execution. Record accurate, timely data in the maintenance system. Take on additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
At least 5 years of industrial experience. Strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background; proficiency reading ladder logic and programming HMIs. Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and committed to meeting quality standards. Ability to pass an electrical board and PLC programming hands-on assessment.
Skills & Training
Hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing knowledge. Mechanical, welding, and cutting skills; ability to interpret mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic drawings. Strong problem-solving, rigorous safety practices, and attention to quality. Comfort with workbench tasks and computer systems; skilled with meters and measurements. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience. CPR and first aid training may be required. Training in lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space. Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs.
