This team advises on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients
What will you do?
\n Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
Provide support on  infrastructure projects and development consent orders
Work closely with the real estate team on development projects
\n
What will you need?
\n Experience in planning law is desirable but not essential. Newly qualified Solicitors  with seats in real estate, development or energy will be considered
You will need a clear interest in planning and environmental law and a desire to develop your career in this field
