What You’ll Do

Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements and complex planning obligations Advise on major development proposals, regeneration projects, and transport infrastructure Represent Legal Services at Planning Committee with clear, confident advice Support planning appeals, enforcement cases, and judicial reviews Provide highways law advice, including agreements and adoption processes Work closely with planners, engineers, developers, and senior stakeholders
