Description of Role: The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end production planning function within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role leads the planning team to ensure optimal scheduling of manufacturing operations, alignment of material availability, capacity, and customer demand, and the efficient flow of work throughout the business. Working closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams, the Planning Manager drives the strategic planning function to meet delivery performance, inventory targets, and compliance with industry regulations.
