Planning & Environment Associate Solicitor (NQ - 2PQE) Bristol
This is an exciting new opportunity at a Legal 100 firm to join a highly  r anked planning & environment team at Associate level – NQ to 2PQE.
This team advise on infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients.
What are the role expectations:
\n Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
Provide support on  infrastructure projects and development consent orders
Work closely with the real estate team on development projects
\n
What experience is required:
\n Experience in planning law is desirable but not essential –  transferable skills in real estate, development or energy are considered
A clear interest in planning and environmental law, and a desire to develop a career in this field
