FutureGen Recruitment is representing a highly respected planning consultancy seeking a Planning Director to lead and expand its Yorkshire operations.

This is not simply a delivery role – it is a strategic leadership appointment with responsibility for revenue growth, team development and market positioning across residential and regeneration sectors.

The Role

• Setting and delivering the regional business growth strategy
• Leading and expanding the planning team
• Securing new client relationships and major instructions
• Overseeing financial performance and P&L responsibility
• Leading major appeals and Local Plan examinations
• Representing the business within the regional property market
• Mentoring and developing future leaders within the team
