The successful candidate will have strong experience in planning law, ideally gained at a major UK law firm or local authority. You will advise on a wide range of planning and environmental issues including major mixed-use schemes, regeneration and infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase orders, section 106 agreements, planning appeals, and judicial reviews. Exposure to DCO or TWAO processes, or a keen interest in developing expertise in these areas, would be an advantage.
